Due to the personal use and hygiene nature of our products, including Artificial Nails, Scrunchies, and other fashion accessories, we follow a No Return, No Exchange Policy.
 

No Returns or Exchanges
 

Please review the product details, images, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged if:
 

• You change your mind after purchase.

• You do not like the design, color, or style.

• You ordered the wrong product or quantity.

• The product has been opened or used.
   

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
 

If you receive:

• a damaged product,

• the wrong product, or

• an item is missing from your order,
   

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, and an unboxing video (if available). After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
 

Order Cancellation
 

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
 

Refunds
 

Refunds, where applicable after verification, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
